Directing the carrying out of remedial or punitive actions which do not involve monetary sanctions or custodial punishments
EXAMPLES: Selling guns, splitting a company, sharing custody of children, divesting shares, the work of the bailiff, supervising de-registration or de-accreditation, gazetting, enforcing protection orders, upholding international sanctions, seizing or impounding equipment or goods as a forfeit. Preventing travel out of New Zealand, e.g. by children who are the subject of custody agreements
