EXAMPLES: Restoring contaminated sites, providing immunisation programmes, running screening programmes, controlling pests and diseases that are hazardous to humans, managing substances and new organisms that are hazardous to humans, invoking emergency powers under the Health Act, immunising, reducing smoking, collecting rubbish
