Legislative Analyst
S.B. 140 (1965) Legislative Analyst--Analyst effective May 11, 1965 established with the Utah Legislative Council the office of Legislative Analyst. The Legislative Council was to designate from its members, four, consisting of one senator and one representative from each political party from each house to serve as a Legislative Audtiing Standing Committee of the Legislative Council. This was incorporated into statute as Utah Code Ann. 36-4-13 et seq. (Laws of Utah, 1967, ch. 73).
